In questo anno di collaborazione, le caratteristiche principali che abbiamo apprezzato in Isabella Lega sono state la sua ottima preparazione professionale unita a onestà e correttezza. Ha svolto il proprio incarico con serietà, presentandosi con puntualità al lavoro e dimostrando buone capacità gestionali, organizzative e comunicative. Inoltre, si è distinta per affidabilità, precisione e organizzazione, rivelando ottime capacità relazionali dimostrate dal rapido inserimento nel nostro corpo docenti. Tutte queste caratteristiche l’hanno resa per noi una preziosa collaboratrice. Se si presenterà la possibilità in futuro sarò felice di collaborare nuovamente con lei.

Isabella ha tenuto diversi corsi (sia di inglese base sia di livello avanzato) e si è distinta non solo per le sue ottime conoscenze linguistiche, ma anche e soprattutto per la sua sensibilità e attitudine all’insegnamento. I partecipanti hanno reagito con entusiasmo e grande partecipazione alle lezioni, avendo Isabella puntato non solo sulla trasmissione di nozioni e conoscenze, ma anche ad instaurare un clima disteso e stimolante. Ha inoltre saputo gestire al meglio classi molto eterogenee, talvolta composte anche da utenti appartenenti a categorie svantaggiate.

Volevo esprimere i miei complimenti, anche a nome dei colleghi stranieri, ai due interpreti Isabella e Stefano che ieri hanno partecipato al seminario sulla resilienza. Sono stati bravissimi! Precisi, puntuali, flessibili, attenti. Hanno mostrato una elevata competenza rispetto ai contenuti e alla capacità di tradurre concetti molto complessi! A loro non era affidato un compito per nulla semplice. E’ un piacere incontrare giovani così capaci! Davvero eccellenti.

My foreign colleagues and I wanted to congratulate Isabella and Stefano, the two interpreters that took part in the Resilience Congress yesterday. They were excellent! Accurate, punctual, flexible, attentive. They showed great knowledge of the topic and the ability to translate very complex notions! They were given a very challenging task. Excellent.

Isabella gave many English courses (Basic and Advanced) and not only did she stand out for her excellent language skills, but also for her natural inclination for teaching. All her students took part in her lessons with great enthusiasm because Isabella always aimed at creating a relaxed, stimulating learning environment. She also managed to deal with very heterogeneous classes, made up of people with very different backgrounds.

Isabella worked for us for a year and we really appreciated her excellent professional knowledge, honesty, and integrity. She took her role very seriously, she was never late for work, and she showed very good management, organisational, and communication skills. Furthermore, she stood out for her reliability and precision and showed great interpersonal skills. All these features made Isabella an excellent partner for us. If there is the opportunity in the future, I will be glad to work with her again.

Isabella has worked for my translation agency for many years now and she always shows great professionalism and punctuality. Sometimes she hands in her translations even before the deadline. She is a very reliable, conscientious person.
